TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms govern every rental agreement with Mazi Car Rental LLC. By renting a vehicle with us, you agree to all the clauses below.

Driver Eligibility
The Customer declares that he/she will drive the vehicle in UAE only, and that he/she is licensed to drive the rented vehicle according to U.A.E Traffic Law and will not allow any of the following parties to drive it:
• Any person whose license is less than 6 months old.
• Any person below age 21 years.
• Any person who is not authorized by the UAE law to drive.
• Any person apart from the hirer. Cost of each additional driver is AED 100.
• Noncompliance with any of the above points will result in AED 5,000 fine plus payment of all expenses and losses.

Vehicle Condition at Delivery
The vehicle is delivered to the Customer in good condition in all aspects, including spare tire & tools box—as per the checkout list duly signed, with radiator coolant and oil reservoirs full. The Customer undertakes to ensure sufficient coolant, oils, and any other items required to keep the vehicle in good running condition.

Returning the Vehicle on Request
The Customer undertakes to return the vehicle whenever requested by the Office to perform periodical service or for any other reason the Office requires the vehicle for. The Customer will be responsible for all damages caused in case of failing to return the vehicle.

Return Condition & Fuel
The Customer must return the vehicle in the same condition as at the time of receiving it, with the same amount of fuel as at commencement of this agreement. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, a service fee of AED 50 will be charged plus fuel cost.

Security Deposit
The security deposit will be refunded after 30 days of returning the car and paying all dues.

Damages & Unauthorized Repairs
The Customer is responsible for all expenses related to any unauthorized repairs, modifications, or damages to the vehicle, and will be responsible for all damages not claimable through the Insurance Company, and for any violation of UAE law or any negligence.

Right to Repossess
The Office has full right to request or cease the vehicle in case of non-payment or any damage caused by the Customer to the vehicle. The Customer will be charged for the damages.

Permitted Use
The Customer will not sublet the vehicle or use it for transporting people or goods, or any activity that may damage the vehicle such as but not limited to towing, racing, or competitions, or carry any illegal articles or articles that may damage the vehicle. The Customer is fully responsible for all damages or loss of income due to non-compliance.

Driving Under the Influence
The Customer will be fully responsible for all damages and liabilities towards the authorities plus any loss of income in case of using the vehicle under the influence of any substance such as but not limited to alcohol, drugs, etc. The Office will charge a minimum of AED 1,500 as PRO fees.

Personal Belongings
The Office will not be responsible for any loss of any item inside the vehicle during or after the leasing period.

Delivery Fees
Extra charge of AED 100 will be applied for Dubai car delivery, AED 150 for Sharjah & Ajman, and AED 250 for other emirates. An additional fee of AED 100 will be charged in case delivery service is requested during holidays or outside business hours.

Minimum Leasing Period
Minimum leasing period is 1 day. Any additional part of a day is considered a full day.

Settlement of Fines
The hirer agrees to settle any fines within 3 days from the fine date; otherwise, the hirer accepts to pay daily fees of AED 50 for every fine.

Accidents
In case of accident, the Customer must immediately inform the Police and the Office. A minimum of AED 1,500 Insurance Excess is applicable for any accident. The Customer is responsible for all damages caused by such accident including but not limited to loss of income by not leasing the vehicle. In case of total loss, the Customer will pay 20% of the vehicle value as at the rental agreement date.

Salik Charges
The Customer will be charged AED 5.00 for every Salik gate crossing.
- 16
Traffic Fines & Black Points
The Customer will be responsible for all fines during the lease period, and an extra 10% service fee will be charged. AED 1,000 will be charged for every Black Point caused by the Customer.

Service & PRO Fees
The Office has the right to charge for any service, fine, follow-up, or PRO service required because of renting the vehicle to the Customer.

Cleaning Fee
If the vehicle is returned uncleaned, a charge of AED 250 will be applied.

Payment Allocation
Any Customer payment will be used primarily to settle any admin fees and any fines or fees charged by the authorities due to vehicle rental.
- 20
Early Return Pricing
For weekly contracts, the daily rate will be applied in case of returning the vehicle before the end of the 1st week. For monthly contracts, the weekly rate will be applied in case of returning the vehicle before the end of the 1st month.
